What if I am not getting NASMGA Emails?

 

There could be one of several issues:

 

  • All communications you receive from the NASMGA Golf Genius site will have a link at the bottom of the email asking if you want to unsubscribe from any email from Golf Genius. If you elect to do so, be advised you will not receive any future communications from the NASMGA Golf Genius site, which includes tournament invitation requests.  NOTE:  if you unsubscribe from any league, you will be automatically unsubscribed for all leagues.   The Golf Genius “unsubscribe” function is applied to all leagues and events in which a member participates; it is not a league by league choice.

 

  • Check your junk or spam mail folders.   If you find emails there, click on the "this is not junk" button if your email system provides this option.   You may also add the address at the top of the email to your contacts list. 

 

  • There are times that your email server may reject emails from Golf Genius repeatedly, and the software will suspend sending further emails to your address. 

 

If you are not receiving emails and do not find any in "Junk," please report this through the "Technical Support" button at the bottom of the NASMGA Home Page, and we will get the issue corrected.
